JB Racks “Black Friday Giveaway” Official Rules (U.S.)

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and agents of JB Racks Pty Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 24, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on November 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the official JB Racks website or entry page and complete the entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. One (1) entry per person.

4. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) JB Racks Velo Vertical Rack in the Velo color (only).

  • Color: Velo only (not black).
  • Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
  • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: USD $[insert retail value].
  • Total ARV of all prizes: USD $[insert total value].

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 5, 2025, from all eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing. Each winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond in time, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

6. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to verified winners within the United States at no cost, within approximately 30 days of winner verification.

7. General Conditions

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
  • Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless JB Racks Pty Ltd and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
