  • Free Shipping: Shipping is free to major cities and rural areas within the contiguous United States.

Note: If a bundle contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire bundle will be shipped out when all items are available.

What is Covered Priority Shipping?

Purchasing covered priority shipping ensures your order is dispatched quickly, and  covered shipping guarantees a replacement for lost or stolen items.

Why we offer Covered Priority Shipping?

While we try our very best, sometimes issues can occur during delivery. Should your package experience a delivery problem (such as being lost or missing), we will lodge an inquiry with the carrier to investigate and determine what happened. If you purchase covered shipping, and after our investigation your item is confirmed as lost or stolen, we will send out a replacement immediately. If you choose not to purchase covered shipping, subject to the circumstances we may be unable to guarantee a replacement for a lost or stolen item.

Processing and Tracking

  1. Order Processing:
    • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  2. Order Tracking:
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you encounter any issues:

Damaged Deliveries

  • Notify us HERE within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Missing Deliveries

  • If you believe your order is lost, contact us immediately HERE.
  • We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Change of Address

  • Address changes must be made before your order is dispatched.
  • Once an order is shipped, JB Racks cannot redirect packages.
  • If a redirection is requested after dispatch, additional charges may apply.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer,
  • Failure to collect the package from the courier or postal service, or
  • Refusal of delivery,

You may be charged for re-delivery, or a refund may be issued minus any shipping and handling fees.

Limitations and Exceptions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Large or heavy items may require freight shipping, which could extend delivery times.
