At JB Racks, we strive to provide the best possible service and products to our customers. Due to the high costs associated with shipping, inspecting, and restocking returned items, a returns fee of $165 USD may apply.

- For returns covered under FTC guidelines (e.g., faulty or misdescribed products), JB Racks will cover all shipping and returns fees.
- For returns not covered under FTC guidelines (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the $165 USD returns fee.
5. Damaged Products During Delivery
If your product is damaged during delivery:

- Provide photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Return the damaged product with all its original packaging.
We will either repair, replace, or refund the product if reported within 7 days of receipt.
6. Other Returns
If a product is damaged beyond repair:

- Send photos of the damage to support@jbracks.com within 7 days.
- Claims under this clause must be made within 1 month of receiving the product.
