- Free Shipping: Shipping is free to major cities and rural areas within the contiguous United States.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

- Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
Missing Deliveries

- We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Change of Address
- Address changes must be made before your order is dispatched.
- Once an order is shipped, JB Racks cannot redirect packages.
- If a redirection is requested after dispatch, additional charges may apply.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address provided by the customer,
- Failure to collect the package from the courier or postal service, or
- Refusal of delivery,
You may be charged for re-delivery, or a refund may be issued minus any shipping and handling fees.
Limitations and Exceptions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
