Rack turned up with some storage damage on 1 bar. JB is very quick to respond to communication and promptly resent a new bar. Putting the rack together is somewhat straightforward, possibly a little more complicated with the 5 bike rack, requiring you install the centre bike mount before installing the top bar, but really quite easily goes together in a few hours. Using the rack is clearly more important and in that regard the Rack performs quite well. I found the rack to be quite quiet, it doesn’t rattle around to much, it does move around a bit with 5 bikes on it, but i think they all do. The tilt function is not as polished as a 1200 rack but you cant have everything. Overall this is a great rack for the price and does everything i want from it. No regrets from me. Minor niggle, wish 90% of the bolts were 10mm shorter so use the socket to tighten rather than finish of with a spanner. The wheel tabs on lower bar, particularly on LHS could align better to where the rear wheel falls. But very minor and doesn’t impact usability.
