    Great product at an affordable price point

    Ordered the rack, receive a part that had to be replaced, JB Team acted swiftly and with no hassle and arranged a replacement, and looked after me for the inconvenience. Great customer support and so far really happy with the rack!!

    5-bike rack

    Built very well and carries all 5 bikes perfectly. Recommendation for the future would be a lockable hitch pin just for that added security.

    The bike rack is solid, was very well priced and was delivered safely. Took a little longer than expected to build, but the videos were very helpful.
