With a family of 6 and everyone now on bikes I needed a solution that didn't break the bank and offered quality features. In steps JB racks, I did look at other brands but all were about twice the price. Upon arrival and inspection of the parts. I must say the quality is top notch, all the steel bars, nuts, bolts, and washers were high quality. Also, to note when opening all the products there was not smell of chemicals or oily residue on any of the parts. Tells me they have great quality control at their warehouse. The finish of the paint or powder coat was also very high quality and looks as if it will last a very long time. Installation was pretty straight forward and once I went on the site and found the video instructions that helped too. I'd love to make new instruction videos for them because theres only one and if your product isn't the exact one make sure you pay close attention or you'll have to go back a few steps and redo. I also purchased the Garage stand, a must with the 6 bike car rack because(and this is one con) this thing is heavy. If you have two people to install I'd recommend it, though you can do it with one if you're strong. This comes back to the quality of the components, everything is heavy gauge steel so it adds up quickly. Loading up bikes was straight forward and it handles 6 bikes of varying sizes no problem. Overall the experience wasn’t bad. I ordered the 6 bike rack and it came in two shipments. First one arrived early. Second never left shipper. Still shows pending one I like that up. Had plans for the weekend when it would all be here but it happens. After I had assembled the rack through videos I noticed the lady side of the rack, the wheel stops don’t align with the bike tires. I doubled checked images and videos to be sure I put it together right and I did. I don’t know I’m just picky and it’s bothering me that the right side look great and the left side looks misaligned when bikes are on. Customer service did help me with a discount on the strut and stand after the fact so I did like that. I did get the slow strut which is nice but it took away a turquoise plate which sucks cause I bought it for the color. I think I may spray paint some parts to get it to stand out. Lastly I got the anti warble on the rack but the rack itself still sways. Not sure if by design or if I assembled it wrong. I think I should’ve just gone another direction and purchase a local brand here in Utah. All in all it’s a nice rack and it does perform. I’m just not in love with it like I thought I would be. This is me just being as transparent as possible. Others may have different/better opinion than me.

Works just as our should. Just complete a round trip from Florida to North Carolina no issues. Great quality for a great value. Keep it up.

I have used it with 3 bikes on so far and it is super easy to load and take off the bikes; there is no adjusting and readjusting to get the bikes to fit.

I also really like the fact that it lays flat behind the van when the struts are not installed, making it convenient to get in the back of the van without removing the rack. The rack seems stable; I am using the hitch stabilizer.

Very nice rack, the best part is it being a garage space saver with the garage stand. The rack was delivered timely and went together smoothly with the help of the video assembly guide. The rack accomplishes everything expected.

The product is good, decently built, and great price Only to simple advisable changes.

First, The rails get bent with the nut pressure, so a reenforced steel bracket to the side of the nut will prevent this and the entire rail does not need to be reenforced. This will help keep the price low.

Second, please make an instruction video or manual. The only available videos are Youtube videos from individuals.

All in all the but is good and worth it.
